2023 RC United Information



In order to ensure teams at all levels and to have players play at the level of play they are best suited for. Central Queens and Eliot River are joining all teams U13 and up. This also makes us more competitive at all levels when we compete against the larger clubs. All teams will be identified as RC United ( Rambler CLippers ) We have done this in the past for all our premier teams and at times our U15/U18 first-division teams as well. Bringing the U13 into the mix will only make our district stronger. 

Tryouts for our district Premier teams are underway.

Sorting for our first/second division teams will begin the week of May 1st. As our grass fields are not ready all sorting will be on the soccer turf in Cornwall. There will be a one time fee of $20 per player to cover the cost of the turf fee. We ask that this be paid in cash at the first session your player attends. 

In order to simplify scheduling and share the responsibility of providing equipment to all teams. CQ will host all boys teams - meaning the majority of practices and games will be played at CQ. The Premier boys team will wear RC premier colors (black) with the other division teams wearing purple jerseys but will be known as RC. CQ will provide equipment and help to schedule practices.

Elior River will host the girls teams - depending on field availability at ER practices and games will played at ER with the opportunity for some times at CQ. Premier girls teams will wear RC premier colors (black) with the other division teams wearing orange jerseys but will be known as RC. ER will provide equipment and help to schedule practices.

CQ Players will remain club tied to CQ no matter what color they wear this season.


Head Coaches for the 2023 RC teams will be announced shortly and contact information posted.


Players must attend at least 2 of 3 tryouts to be eligible for premier teams. If a player cannot attend the team tryouts, they are to notify erinmacraeforrest@gmail.com in advance with the reason for the absence. The reason must be accepted in order for the player to be considered for selection with the potential for an assessment to happen at a later date.


Try out /sorting Information

  • You must be registered with your home club for summer soccer to be eligible to participate in tryouts/spring conditioning. Fees ($20- to cover the cost of turf) are due at the first tryout.
  • Please check in at the ER Clubhouse 20 minutes prior to your field time to receive your pinnie and pay your $20. We will be accepting cash only, so please have the exact amount.
  •  All sessions will be in Cornwall on the soccer turf, please dress accordingly.
  •  Washrooms are not open in the clubhouse however should be open at The Terry Fox office.
